Affiliate Program Agreement

By joining the Cool Donny Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have an active PayPal account to receive payouts.

2. Commissions: You will earn 10% of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes/shipping) when a customer uses your referral code.

3. Payouts: Processed bi-weekly via PayPal; minimum payout threshold of $20usd (new applicants).

4. Promotion Rules:

   • No spam, misleading claims, or incentivized fraud (e.g., fake accounts).

   • Must comply with FTC/ADA disclosure rules (e.g., clearly stating it’s a paid partnership).

5. Termination: Cool Donny reserves the right to remove creators for policy violations or inactive referrals.
